Shipping Policy

Shipping for In-Stock Items

Shipping Prices: Shipping prices is dependent on the size of the product, the quantity of items ordered, and the shipping location. Shipping prices will be the same for products that are in-stock and for pre-order/customized items. Dreamer Crochet uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for all shipped items both nationally and internationally. Below is an example of both national and international shipping prices depending on the box size that needs to be used for your ordered product(s). Please be aware that prices are subject to change due to USPS policies.

International Shipping Prices

Please be aware that the following international prices is just an example and is not a reflection of the true pricing of shipment. This example is just to give an idea of the cost for international shipping from the US. Different prices is due to each destination country having different retail shipping amounts. Prices for one destination country can be different for another destination country. Below are prices to the UK of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, for example.

Shipping Time: Our process time for items that are in stock and available to ship nationally are 3-7 business days Monday-Friday while international shipment is around 6-10 business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Friday will be processed the following business day, which is the following Monday. Shipping depends on the volume of orders we receive. Processing times is the amount of time needed to package your order and send it to a delivery carrier. Please note that the processing time will start the day after your order was initially placed.

For example: If you place your order on Monday, then your processing time (the packaging of your order) will start the following day on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday, then your processing time will start on Monday.

You will receive notifications throughout your entire ordering process to your preferred choice of communication either through email and/or Instagram.

The first email will be a confirmation that we received your order.

​

The second email will contain your tracking information once we scan in your package to the shipping carrier.

​

The third email will confirm that your package is out for delivery or has already been delivered.

​

Dreamer Crochet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping provider to open a claim. If you are having issues with shipping, please email Dreamer.crochet.llc@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Shipping for Pre-Order Items & Customized Items

Shipping Time: Our process time for items that are not in stock but was pre-ordered or ordered-to-make, will be dependent on the product ordered and volume of orders that we received at the time that your order was placed. Ordered-to-make means that the product that was ordered by a customer was not already in stock and thus was made after the order was placed. Items that are ordered-to-make are produced based on a "first-come-first served" meaning that ordered that may have been placed before yours, will be done before you order. This is to ensure fairness and equality for all customers of Dreamer Crochet.

 

Due to the nature of ordered-to-make products, the processing time will be extended to match the construction of the product itself.

 

For example: If you order a "Blooming Alternating Hearts Bucket Hat" that is not in stock, the construction of the hat can take an estimate of 3-5 weeks to construct. In addition, the processing time will still be 3-7 business days nationally while international shipment is around 6-10 business days, after the construction of the hat. So, in total, the wait time before you receive the "Blooming Alternating Hearts Bucket Hat" can range from 3-6 weeks nationally or 4-7 weeks internationally. However, the wait will be extended further if other orders are already in the process of construction before your order was placed. Wait times are subject to change at any time. However, any changes that occur will be notified to you in a timely manner.

The second email will be a confirmation that your product is currently in construction and how long the estimated time of construction will be. Wait times are subject to change even after an estimated wait time was sent. All changes will be notified to the customer in a timely manner. 

 

The third email will contain your tracking information once we scan in your package to the shipping carrier.

The fourth email will confirm that your package is out for delivery or has already been delivered.

Checking Order Status

We kindly ask that you only email about an order’s status if it has been more than 1 week after you ordered and you have not received an email containing confirmation of your order being received by Dreamer Crochet

Handmade Products

Please remember orders are personalized, handmade, and made-to-order, so they take time to create. The products for Dreamer Crochet is produced solely by the owner of Dreamer Crochet, Jalissa Weekes. Due to there only being one person working on the orders for Dreamer Crochet, please take into account that time is needed to complete handmade orders. Also, with the nature of handmade items, small imperfections may occur.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care and responsibility of USPS. We have no control on shipping once it is in the care of the postal service and you would have to reach out to the USPS post office near you if you have any inquiries on your package. Dreamer Crochet cannot expedite deliveries once USPS has the package that you ordered. Customers will receive tracking numbers after orders have been given to the postal carrier. 

Order Shipped to Wrong Address

If an order is returned to Dreamer Crochet because of an incorrect address provided, you will be refunded the cost of the product, but not the shipping. We can resend the order to another address, but the customer will be invoiced for another shipping label and will be responsible to pay for shipping before the order can be reshipped. Please double check your address before completing any and all purchases.

Issue with Order

Please contact us for any issues with orders. Returns or exchanges are not accepted UNLESS your order is incorrect. If order is incorrect, please contact us explaining your issue within 48 hours of package delivery.

Make a Change to Order

Please feel free to contact us to request order changes, however if a custom order has already been created, adjustments are not guaranteed. Any changes after the order was initially place could result in additional fees, such as the customization fee.

Cancel Order - Physical Product

If your order has not been created and shipped, you can receive a full refund. If your order has been processed and shipped, a refund is not available.

Cancel Order - Digital Product

Due to the digital nature of these items, no refunds, or exchanges of any kind is available, but please reach out if you have any questions.
