
Refund Policy
Due to the delicate nature of handmade crochet wear, knitwear, and fibers, all sales are final. Please read the description and dimensions thoroughly and carefully before purchasing. Dreamer Crochet, LLC and its affiliate, the Dreamercrochet.com website, stand behind all of our Dreamer Crochet branded products. We DO NOT offer any refunds for any Dreamer Crochet brand products. Dreamer Crochet does not accept refunds, returns, nor exchanges.

The products that we may resell (not Dreamer Crochet brand) are in some instances covered by warranties of the original manufacturers. Accordingly, Dreamer Crochet hereby disclaims all warranties express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for all items that do not carry the Dreamer Crochet brand.

Crochet Classes​
​Dreamer Crochet must be notified a minimum of 24 hours (exactly) before a booked crochet class if you will not be attending the class. Refunds will not be available however, you must notify Dreamer Crochet so that we can reschedule your lesson. ​​

Cancellation of a package plan for crochet classes will only result in refund if NONE of the classes were already attended.
If you have already attended at least 1 out of any of the allotted classes, then you will not be able to receive a refund even if you cancel the package.
If you still decide to cancel the package after attending at least 1 class, then you will not be able to participate in the remaining classes that are part of the package.
If you know that you will miss a class, you need to contact Dreamer Crochet at least 24 hours in advance of the class, for it to be rescheduled.
Exceptions at management discretion.
