Shipping for In-Stock Items

Shipping Time: Our process time for items that are in stock and available to ship are 3-7 business days Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on Friday will be processed the following business day, which is the following Monday. Shipping depends on the volume of orders we receive. Processing times is the amount of time needed to package your order and send it to a delivery carrier. Please note that the processing time will start the day after your order was initially placed.

Shipping for Out-of-Stock Items & Customized Items

Shipping Time: Our process time for items that are not in stock but was pre-ordered or ordered-to-make, will be dependent on the product ordered and volume of orders that we received at the time that your order was placed. Ordered-to-make means that the product that was ordered by a customer was not already in stock and thus was made after the order was placed. Items that are ordered-to-make are produced based on a "first-come-first served" meaning that ordered that may have been placed before yours, will be done before you order. This is to ensure fairness and equality for all customers of Dreamer Crochet.

Due to the nature of ordered-to-make products, the processing time will be extended to match the construction of the product itself.

For custom color and custom sizing, please complete the 'Custom Measurements' form in the 'Customization' tab in the menu at the top of the website. Fill out all of the appropriate text fields and make sure to check the correct boxes for the pricing. Please be as specific as possible in the 'Custom Measurements' form.
