What measurements do I need for a custom clothing item?First: Determine what type of clothing item you are requesting for Dreamer Crochet to make. You can choose between the following 6 (six) clothing types that Dreamer Crochet has categorized: Headwear, Crop Tops, Top, Skirt & Shorts, Bottoms, Dress & Full Body. Second: Once you determine the clothing type for your item, gather a clothing tape measuring roll. It is a flexible tape measure that you can wrap around yourself easily. Third: For help with measuring yourself, click the button below. Please make sure to measure yourself in inches or centimeters and be clear on which measurement you are using by using the abbreviations 'in' or 'cm' at the end of all of your measurement numbers. Fourth: Once you have collected all of the required measurements, click on the button below to submit the your measurements and make sure to complete the form.

How do I place an order?1. Click on the product you would like. Select the color and/or the size. Select the quantity needed, and click on "Add to cart". 2. When you have selected all the products you desire, click on the Cart logo, then select "View Cart". 3. Review your order and change any quantities if needed. To confirm click 'Go to Checkout'. 4. Fill in all the fields required (billing address, shipping address, payment information). 5. Enter your payment details, then check off "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" before confirming payment. You will receive a confirmation shortly after placing the order. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your package is on the way! If you requested a custom item, additional emails will be sent regarding the production of the item before it is shipped. If you are a part of the Dreamer Rewards Program and have a member account, your order will appear in your account under 'My Orders' along with status updates. Not a member yet? Can I cancel my order?Cancel Order - Physical Product If your order has not been created and/or shipped, you can receive a refund, excluding shipping fees. If you requested a custom item and if the item is already in construction, then you cannot request a refund. If your order has been processed and/or shipped, a refund is not available. Cancel Order - Digital Product Due to the digital nature of these items, no refunds, or exchanges of any kind is available, but please reach out if you have any questions. The purchase of digitals products cannot be cancelled once the sell is finalized.

What if I received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item?First of all, our apologies! We will use this experience to improve our services in the future. Please contact us as soon as possible with: Your order number A list of any damaged, faulty, or missing items Photos of the affected items. Please also include photos of the parcel if it was damaged as well. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help you!

How do I use my discount code or gift card code?To use a discount code or coupon, simply enter it in the “Discount/Gift Card’ field at the checkout page. Click ‘Apply’ and your total will be adjusted. To enter the code on your phone: 1. Go to the ‘shipping’ page at checkout 2. Click 'Show Order Overview' 3. Scroll down to your total and click on 'Discount code/gift card' Please note only one code can be applied per order. If you are using a coupon and gift card in the same order, please contact us for help.

I’m missing a part of my order, what do I do?If you’re missing part of your order and the packaging is intact, it’s possible your order was shipped in 2 or more separate parcels. If this is the case you will have multiple tracking emails, which look identical but have different tracking numbers. If you only received one tracking email, we sincerely apologize that your order arrived incomplete! Please contact us right away with: Your order number A list of missing items Photos of the parcel if it was damaged, taped up, or looks suspicious in any type of way other than normal use. Can I merge two orders together?No, unfortunately if you already payed for your orders, then we cannot merge the orders together. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Can I add items to my order that I already placed and payed for?No, we are not able to add items to your order, as we cannot withdraw more from your payment account than you have authorized.

Do you offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after purchase?No, unfortunately we do not offer price drop protection/price adjustments. Your invoice will be for the amount you authorized when you confirmed your order. Please see details in our Terms and Conditions. If an item you have your eye on is not currently on sale, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter, or follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram. All our new sales are announced there! If an item you have your eye on is not currently on sale, add it to your ‘Wish List’ and you will get an email alert when the price drops! The ‘Wish List’ feature is available to Dreamer Family members. If you are not a member yet, you can sign-up for free today!

My order is not going through, what do I do?There can be several reasons a purchase will not go through. Try these steps to complete your order: 1. Refresh the page and check that all items in the order are correct, if not, the item will be marked in red with “***”. You can click the ‘X’ to remove the item and complete the purchase. 2. Please double-check that all details and the billing address are correct. 3. Ensure that your credit card allows international transactions, as we are based in the United States. The issuer of your card can confirm this for you. If these are not the issue kindly try placing the order on a different device or browser if possible. Otherwise please contact us with a screenshot or error code. Remember to keep your credit card details hidden!

Where do you ship to?Dreamercrochet.com currently ships to: ✈️ United States Canada Mexico Australia & New Zealand United Kingdom Ireland, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia Japan, Hong Kong However, if there are any countries that are not listed than please contact us and we might be able to make special exceptions.

When can I expect my package to be delivered?You can expect your delivery within the time frame listed at checkout, according to the courier you selected. It will also be listed in your tracking email. Kindly note, delivery times may fluctuate due to circumstances beyond the control of Dreamer Crochet. How do I qualify for free shipping?There are two ways for you to qualify for free shipping: 1. Orders valued at $100 USD qualify for free shipping with select couriers. The discount will automatically be applied to your cart when you meet the criteria. Please note free shipping may not be available in all countries or with certain courier options. This will be clearly indicated on the checkout page when you select your delivery country. OR 2. Become a Dreamer Rewards member and receive 1,500 Dreamer Flowers to be rewarded free shipping for orders $85 or more for all items.

Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?Sadly we are unable to modify shipping addresses. We are not allowed nor authorized to charge your provided payment information in order to reflect the possible change of shipping fees once the order has been placed. It is usually still possible to request an address change directly via the courier. Please contact your chosen courier once you have received an email regarding your tracking information.

Due to the delicate nature of handmade crochet wear, knitwear, and fibers, all sales are final, unless Dreamer Crochet gives an exemption.
